PHYSICAL NIGHT - Coming in May 2008, 6:30PM

All students who will be participating or think they may want to participate in sports next school year you need to attend Physicals and Athletic Orientation on Tuesday, May 20, 2008,

1. Grades 9 and 10 report at 6:00 p.m. in the Green Valley High School gymnasium

2. Grades 11 and 12 report at 7:00 p.m.: in the Green Valley High School gymnasium

The cost is $35 which includes your monitory physical ($20), impact fees ($5), random drug testing fee ($10) and athletic packet. The $35 cost need to be paid by cash, money orders, or cashier’s checks payable to “Green Valley High School”, PERSONAL CHECKS ARE NOT ACCEPTED

*NOTE: ALL ATHLETES MUST HAVE A COMPLETED ATHLETIC PACKET ON FILE PRIOR TO TRYOUTS WHICH INCLUDES YOUR PHYSICAL.
