Login / Password Information:
Effective immediately, if parents or guardians need login information, their login information does not work, or they cannot remember their password, parents/guardians should stop by the front desk in the main office or call 799-0950 ext. 0. Picture identification will be required. For security reasons, Green Valley HS does not give out ParentLink login information through email or over the telephone. Parent account information will be mailed to the address on file with the school. Parents/Guardians may pick up their account information within 48 hours of the request. Picture identification will be required.
If you have any concerns about your child’s grades, please contact the individual teacher(s). If you have any questions regarding your child’s attendance, please contact the attendance office at 799-0950 x4035.
Students needing login information should stop into the counseling office to complete a ‘Request for Student ParentLink Account Information’ form. Student account information will be sent to his/her 2nd period class.
Update ParentLink Email Addresses & Telephone Numbers:
Please check your account information listed under your ‘My Account’ tab for accuracy. You may add additional email addresses or telephone numbers if necessary. However, you may not delete the information that is currently listed. If your home address, email address or phone numbers are incorrect, please stop by the Registrar’s Office at Green Valley to make the necessary changes in our database.
Having an accurate email address listed in ParentLink will allow you to reset your password and have ParentLink email you your new password directly.
